Nick Spitzer to Emcee the 2012 NEA National Heritage Fellowship Concert
September 12th, 2012 ~ Nick Spitzer will emcee the NEA National Heritage Fellowship Concert at George Washington University’s Lisner Auditorium on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 7:30 pm. This year’s concert will feature performances by a broad spectrum of fellowship recipients, including the Tidewater gospel quartet, the Paschall Brothers; DC dobro player, Mike Auldridge; and the genre-defying mandolinist & clarinetist, and past guest of American Routes, Andy Statman. Join us for a wonderful evening in celebration of the boundless diversity of America’s arts traditions. Admission is free.
